Targeted jobs are periodically sent via email to your current and former employees. The email engine can be automated, and recruiters can also easily send jobs to specific people or groups of people at any time.
3. Referrals from Trusted Sources
Current/former employees can easily distribute track-able links to specific jobs to their connections via email, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. They can also view suggestions of open jobs potentially relevant to their networks, as well as search through all of your open jobs and send out as many as they’d like.
4. Candidate Capture
People in the employee’s network click the link, taking them to the Job Detail page. These candidates can apply to the job, continue the referral chain by sending it out to their own connections, or search for more open jobs. Applications get routed to your ATS or career site.
